Review: Still Me (2018) by Jojo Moyes

Still Me follows the story of Louisa Clark after she leaves her small town in England to move to New York City. There, she takes on a new job caring for a wealthy man who has been left paralyzed after a accident.

Although her new life is very different from what she’s used to, Louisa is determined to make the best of it. She quickly learns that her new boss, Will Traynor, is a very difficult man to please. But as she gets to know him better, she realizes that there’s more to him than meets the eye.

Will is initially angry and resentful towards Louisa, but she slowly wins him over with her patience and kindness. As they get to know each other better, they begin to develop feelings for each other.

However, their relationship is complicated by the fact that Will is still married to his wife, who is also Louisa’s boss. Louisa is also dealing with her own personal issues, including her complicated relationship with her boyfriend, Patrick.

Despite all the challenges, Louisa and Will find themselves falling in love with each other. But their relationship is put to the test when Will’s wife decides to take him back to England.

Although it is a heart-wrenching story, Still Me is ultimately a story about hope and love. Louisa and Will’s relationship is a beautiful example of how love can overcome any obstacle.
